Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love what you find at Appalachian Surf.

Soap + Bath & Body

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all soap, skincare, bath, body, fragrance, and personal-care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clothing

Clothing may be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, or removed tags.

Final Sale Items

Sale, clearance, vintage, and other items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the email or contact information provided at checkout.

Please note that carrier transit times are separate from our 1–3 business day processing time.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
